Climate change is real bro. Day 3
We planned to go for Lucknow which was around 300 kms but we planned for Agra which was 622 kms. But as we all know I am freaking unpredictable we planned to go straight for Delhi which was 840 kms. Had our breakfast at a Dhaba. Started at 3:30 AM high on adrenaline we headed towards Lucknow.
Filled our tanks and let the adventure began. We reached at Agra Lucknow Express way at 9:00 am paid our tolls. I kept some snacks in case of some kind of emergency. And had some snacks as we were already really hungry. I am saying you they have constructed the expressway well but they forgot to plant tress for the entire duration of time till we reached Agra , there was no tree to be found to rest under and I was really furious. At my place we have a lot of trees as I own businesses so I have little to no time to spare to sit in those shades but now I value these trees more than anything. Me and my buddy were riding our crotch rockets in the boiling 42-47% Celsius. Emptying bottle after bottle of water. And we followed the same strategy 100+ kms.
Agra Lucknow Expressway
Same ALE
No trees to be found. The significant of this place is this stretch of road is wide enough for a fighter jet to land in case of any emergency.
Just before paying the tolls
Muskuraye aap Lucknow mein hain
Same Lucknow. Sala amar Morigaonr beel kikhon eyat koi bhal obostha. Olop tu safa rakhibo lage.
We entered Yamuna Expressway at 2:00 PM and my front break was giving some weird sound as I braked hard at a pot hole asked Ravi da (you know him if have read my previous post). Said to go to JDM tilak Nagar. It was 5:50PM and the sun was still standing up high as a Girlfriend I always needed but never had. That day we had to fill my tank 3 times. I dont usually empty my tank just half the way down there and I just refill it. I didnt had the chance to remove the jacket in that heat with the traffic jam I felt like naah just try me I aint giving up here. Lets test my limits. We again rode for next 1 hour to find a hotel in Tilak nagar which was just 200 meters away from the service center. Had plenty of ORS and water. After taking a room in Hotel Surya Plaza.
